The spiritual son of Rev. Dr. James A. Mc Gruder, D. Min, LRC, Senior Pastor of Faith Emmanuel Baptist Church, 29th & York Sts, in Philadelphia, Pa.
The son in the ministry of Pastor P.C. "Ezekiel" Brown and First Lady Cora L. Brown. Born on May 21, 1975, to Esther Emerson and Elder Samuel Willis
of the Triumph Pentecostal Church in Glassboro, New Jersey. He is the loving single-parent and Father to one son, Cameron Osbourne-Willis, age 5.
He was educated in the Glassboro Public School and Winslow Township School Districts in New Jersey.
He graduated from Edgewood Regional High School in 1994 with his high school diploma. He graduated from Mercer County Community College in 1996 with
an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Business Management.
He served in the United States Navy from 1996 until 2000 being discharged with an
honorable discharge from active duty and was transferred to active reserve duty. He served in two wars and the Lord has protected him from dangers
seen and unseen. He graduated from the Naval Technical Training Command in 1997 as a Master-at-Arms Military Police Officer.
While serving in Japan,
Australia, and in the U.S. he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland in 2000 and is currently
attending Post-Grad School at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, graduating with a Master of Science Degree in Forensics in May 2007.
He received salvation at an early age and was baptized by his spiritual father, Rev. Dr. James A. Mc Gruder, D. min, LRC, on the first Sunday in
September 1991 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in West Atco under Rev. Lee C. De Ramus. He was ordained as a Deacon at the First Baptist Church in
Chesilhurst, NJ by the Late Rev. Dr. Sydney J. Mills, DD. He also served on the Deacons Board at Green Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Berlin, NJ,
under Rev. George E. Holland, Sr.
In September 1996, while in the military, he was licensed and ordained to preach the gospel by Rev. Dr. Calvin D. Dixon, D. Min, Command Chaplain of
the USAF Tech Wing, Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. He was called as the Fifth Pastor of the Medina Baptist Church in San Antonio, TX, in 1997.
He served as Command Religious Petty Officer and was later reassigned as a Chaplain. In 1998, He was assigned to overseas duty in Japan where he
was Senior Pastor and Co-Founder of Greater Harvest Pentecostal Holiness Church in Sasebo City, Kyushu Island, Japan. He received a second ordination
in 2005 by Apostle William N. Weeks, Sr, in Covenant with the Miracle Temple Evangelist Deliverance Church as an ordained elder. He serves on the council
as president of the International Pastors Council
Currently, He recently retired from the Delaware River Port Authority where he was employed as a Police Lieutenant after a disabling auto accident in 2003.
His ministerial affiliation is at the Solomon Temple Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Pa, under the leadership of Senior Pastor Paul C. Brown.
He also serves
as Assistant Manager of Staff at the Chandler, Nugent-Phillips Funeral Home in Philadelphia, Pa, where he employed with Pastor P.C. Brown,
and Mr. Jacob K. Chandler is the Undertaker and Mrs. Marie M. Chandler is the president.
He also serves as Chaplain at various hospitals, nursing homes,
prisons and the Glassboro Boro Council.
He is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 608, State Police Benevolent Association, and the Glassboro Police Clergy.
