Jesus is God and became human. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Jesus died for you on the cross. "For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit." (1 Pe 3:18)

Jesus was resurrected from the dead. Jesus "was delivered up because of [your] offenses, and was raised because of [your] justification." (Ro 4:25)

You must repent of your sin. "Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out." (Acts 3:19)

You must trust totally in Jesus. Doing so means surrendering to Jesus, as your Lord and Master. "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Rom 10:9,10)

And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 1 John 3:22
